Everybody has to separate from one another eventually. This was the case for 2H'07 and 1h'06. Most of us ended up in different classes in the New Year of 2008. I missed my ex-classmates because of the fun we all had as a bonded class.
As 3 weeks of the New Year passed, I am reminded of how alone I was in the new class. I had to make new friends because there were many people whom I didn’t know all gathering together as a new class, which is my present class of 3F’08. This isn't quite a bad experience for me, because I can start by learning to converse with others to ensure that I wouldn’t be lonely even when I enter a totally foreign place.
As there are new classmates, there are definitely new teachers as well. There are miss fadhzila for my social study lesson, Mrs liang for my biography, mr Kevin tan for English and mrs lim for additional maths. Maybe this is just the start of the New Year, so I have not really seen these teachers flare up. I definitely hope that I would not see the wrath of the teachers.
The past 3 weeks were busy, as the zonal competition for basketball had begun. Not only that, being a secondary 3 student, I had to learn several new subjects. The busy schedule I have meant that I couldn’t concentrate on my studies to the fullest potential.
It’s time to get to know my present classmates better.
