WHAT MAKES OR BREAK A TEAM?

Firstly, i wish to apologise to you, mr kevin because of my late submission of this exercise. It is due to my recent com crash. And now to begin..

I think that what makes a team is mostly because of the people in it. If they are bonded, they can work real well together. Almost anything and everything is possible if a team is bonded. It does not matter how difficult the task may be, it can be accomplished once that is achieved. I think the basketball team I was in the last year, was the most bonded team I was in ever. Because of the strong bond we had with each other, we practically knew what the other teammate wanted to do before he actually did it.

But I think that the factors that make a team break is much simpler and much more of it. Just a simple sign of distrust or even quarreling over a small matter might split the team up. I think once the trust in your teammates or anybody in the team is misplaced, it cannot be gotten back easily. There was once when I felt that my team, a different team from the paragraph earlier, was going to break up into pieces. Just because that the seniors could not mix with us juniors, they had to pick on us. I think that because of these kind of people that abuse their authority, teams often cannot be a whole and because of that, the others cannot perform to their normal standard or even better.
