I chose Harry Potter and the Soceror's Stone because my friend strongly recommended this book to me and told me that it is highly interesting even for a person like me who seldom reads. I had also watched the movie made from the book and I really liked it. Hence, I chose this book.
Up till now, I have already read most of the book and I am almost finished with it. I would also strongly recommend this book to my friends as even a person such as me can finish it, why not others? The story has a very good plot, full of magic and never fails to surprise me with all the fascinating things the author can come up with. Many of the things in the book are absolutely extraordinary and out of this world. I have never seen a more creative author before. This must be why the book is never boring. The book had all the suspense and excitement my friend promised me and I would also want my friends to enjoy it as I did.
The most interesting event in the story is definitely the climax of the story where Harry Potter and his friends went on a mission to retrieve the Soceror's Stone. He and his friends overcomed many obstacles to get to the stone. One of his friend even sacrificed in order for Harry to proceed. In the end, Harry managed to survive and retrieve the stone. There are three learning points from this story. They are, bravery, friendship and sacrifice. I really enjoyed this book.

WHAT MAKES OR BREAK A TEAM?

Firstly, i wish to apologise to you, mr kevin because of my late submission of this exercise. It is due to my recent com crash. And now to begin..

I think that what makes a team is mostly because of the people in it. If they are bonded, they can work real well together. Almost anything and everything is possible if a team is bonded. It does not matter how difficult the task may be, it can be accomplished once that is achieved. I think the basketball team I was in the last year, was the most bonded team I was in ever. Because of the strong bond we had with each other, we practically knew what the other teammate wanted to do before he actually did it.

But I think that the factors that make a team break is much simpler and much more of it. Just a simple sign of distrust or even quarreling over a small matter might split the team up. I think once the trust in your teammates or anybody in the team is misplaced, it cannot be gotten back easily. There was once when I felt that my team, a different team from the paragraph earlier, was going to break up into pieces. Just because that the seniors could not mix with us juniors, they had to pick on us. I think that because of these kind of people that abuse their authority, teams often cannot be a whole and because of that, the others cannot perform to their normal standard or even better.
